My Team

Tina Lond-Caulk
Tina joined the team 3 years ago shortly after graduating with a First Class Honours Bsc Health Sciences/Nutrition from the Unversity of Westminster.

Prior to this Tina had 10 years experience in Health Club management before retraining as a Nutritionist. After meeting so many people suffering chronic long term ailments and obesity, she realised that she wanted to work more closely with them, to help manage their relationship with food, and ease their physical and emotional suffering.

Since graduating she has gone on to have two children. Her youngest son developed severe eczema and asthmatic symptoms within weeks of birth and was prescribed long term steroids. Tina has found that food allergies were the cause of her son’s problems and since eliminating the offending foods he has been symptom free and no longer requires steroid treatment.

As a result of her experiences with her youngest son she is extremely skilled in helping with children who are having feeding or nutritional related problems. She also has a special interest in Nutrition for women trying to get pregnant, are pregnant or are breastfeeding.

Tina believes in working with clients to help them change their eating habits in a way that suits their lifestyle and has a sympathetic and down-to-earth approach which makes her very popular with her patients.

‘Tina is great to see – I felt so motivated to make the diet changes she suggested. She makes it all so easy by giving meal plans, recipes and cooking tips. I’ve never felt or looked better in my life thanks to changing my diet. Tina is a real inspiration.’ - Jane C

Mary Strugar
Mary is our senior nutritionist with whom I have worked collabaratively for many years before she joined the team one year ago. She qualified from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in 1997 and has been a Fellow since 2001.

Since qualifying she has developed her keen interest in the relationship between nutrition and mental health by lecturing for Patrick Holford's Mental Health Project as well as treating many mental health problems in her clients successfully with nutrition.

She spent the last 6 years working as a nutritionist in one of the largest Health and Fitness Clubs in London. Here she not only helped individual clients but also gave informative and educational workshops about the importance of good nutrition for optimum health and successful weight loss.

Prior to training as a nutritionist she worked as a leading Medical Editor and this has helped her have a clear view of how orthodox and complimentary medicine can be successively combined to really benefit her clients.

Her hands on, practical and pragmatic approach as well as her excellent training and sincere compassion have made her loved by her clients.

Debbie Giles
Debbie is our practise nurse. She brings with her lots of experience in nursing, having worked in general practise, IVF clinics and cruise ships and also has a longstanding interest in complimentary medicine. Not only will she take your blood pressure or do your blood tests, she will also take smears, give you advice about infertility and birth control and if you are off somewhere exotic she will make sure you have the right vaccinations before you leave.

She administers most of the vitamin infusions, chelation and heavy metal detoxification that I recommend with a smile on her face and a heartfelt interest in your condition.

Michelle Sommerville and Elizabeth Evans
Michelle is my personal assistant - coming from New Zealand she has an open, friendly and upbeat approach to life. She is the person you want to talk to if you want to book or change an appointment, discuss a bill, send a message to me, or any other members of the team.

She will be helped by Elizabeth who was my assistant in the past and as a mother of four is used to juggling many balls at the same time.

She left to live in Brussels for 2 years and has now thankfully rejoined us.
